Registration

To register for the car show, please print and mail in the registration form below:

Print Registration

All registration and fees must be received by 5 PM on Wednesday October 5, 2022 to qualify for early registration.

* Only available to the first 70 vehicles to register, so REGISTER EARLY!

Free Admission for Spectators!

Awards

Trophies will be awarded in each category.

  • Car: (Top 10)
  • Custom/Hot Rod: All years (Top 3)
  • Truck: All years (Top 3)
  • Participant's Choice (Top 3)

Scoring will be based on a scale of 0 - 10. A score of 10 represents excellence in that category. A score of zero represents missing items, or items not visible for judging. Judges will evaluate the following aspects of each vehicle: Body, Interior, Engine Compartment, Paint, and Tires/Wheels/Hubcaps.

St. Matthew's UCC and Pleasant Valley Fire Department are not responsible for vandalism, theft or other damages. Show is on pavement and grass surface. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.

Flea Market

Flea Market and Car Goods Vendors wanted. $20 per 10 x 10 ft space. Please complete the vendor registration below.

Vendor Registration

Vendors will be located inside the Social Hall. Vendors will be provided with (one) 8 ft table and 2 chairs. Vendors may not exceed their assigned area. All spaces are 10 x 10 ft in size. Vendors are to park in the St. Matthew’s U.C.C parking lot (across from the fire company) after setup. Vendors are required to clean and remove all trash from their assigned area. Vendors are solely responsible for collection and payment of any federal, state, and local taxes. Vendors are not permitted to sell food or beverages of any kind.

50/50 Drawing

One Lucky Winner Receives Half of the Total Ticket Sales. Need Not Be Present to Win.

Great Food Served All Day!

There will also be indoor dining, with great food served all day.
