We must receive the registration form and payment by 5:00 PM on Wednesday October 6, 2021 to qualify for the early registration fee.

After submitting the form, you will be taken to a payment page to complete the registration process. Your registration is not complete until we receive your payment.

Terms and Conditions

  • Owners are required to clean up and remove all trash from their assigned area.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
  • Owners are not permitted to sell food, beverages, or other items of any kind.
  • Scoring 1 - 10 (10 = Excellent, 0 =Missing or Not visible for judging)
  • Judges will be evaluating Body, Interior, Engine Compartment, Paint, Tires / Wheels / Hubcaps

By participating, the owner forever releases St. Matthew's United Church of Christ, the Pleasant Valley Fire Company, and all of their officers, directors, members, and representatives from any liability, responsibility, loss claim, or damage of any kind, regardless of their nature, arising out of, or in connection with, this Car & Truck Show. The Event Chairperson has the final say on all decisions if there is a discrepancy about the vehicle's "appropriateness". St. Matthew's UCC agrees to refund your entrance fee if the car show is cancelled due to inclement weather.
