On Christmas Eve (December 24), please join us for our Family & Children’s Christmas Eve Worship Service at 7:30 PM. During Advent our worship theme has been a “Journey to Bethlehem.” During this service we continue on that journey “To Find the Christ Child.” Scripture Readings: Isaiah 9:2-7 Psalm 96 Titus 2:11-14 Luke 2:1-14, (15-20) Sermon: “Seeing Christmas Through Jesus’ Eyes” The Sacrament of Holy Communion will served during the worship service. Candles will be distributed to the congregation prior to the service, and a portion of the service will be conducted by candlelight.

St. Matthew’s UCC Sunday School classes are working on a mission project for Operation Christmas Child, to fill shoe boxes with small gifts for children. Our goal is to fill 40 boxes. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is: … to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
